Condolence & Memory Journal

I was so sad today to hear of Mrs. Demsey's passing. I have fond memories of going to her house as a child to play with Suzi. I can remember sneaking up to Suzi's room so we wouldn't disturb the music lesson Mr. Demsey was giving. Mrs. Demsey was always so kind and had a sweet smile. More recently, it was nice to see her at events at the First Church and get an update on Suzi and her children. My deepest condolences on your loss.

I am so sad to hear that Mrs. Demsey is no longer with us. I will remember her at Suzanne's wedding and how happy she was, how she loved her grandchildren and talked about them ALL THE TIME! She was such a proud mother and grandmother. I loved spending time with her. My last interaction was her buying Girl Scout cookies from Grace since she knows how important it is to me. She always used to ask about who I was dating and boyfriend updates and she would give wonderful advice. But my FAVORITE memory was when we all went to the Tom Jones. We have a blast and I will always remember her having fun and dancing. We were so silly that night. She was so much fun and so caring. I will miss her a lot. Hugs to Jim. Corinne, Mary, Frank, Andrew, Rory and Suzanne. Please let me know if there is anything I can do to help. I love you guys so much and so sad she is gone. xo Lauren Lindsay

My heart is heavy in learning of her passing. She meant so much to myself and my children, My son Jacob would refuse to eat all snicker doodle cookies offered as they were never as good as Barbara's . I was thrilled to see her just a month ago when she came with Mary to my 50th birthday party. I let her know how much she meant to me and how much a better person I am because of her . She is now reunited with Wayne. Till we meet again
