Tribute & Message From The Family

Message From The Family

Thank you for your support during this difficult time. Please enhance this tribute to Gail by adding your memories and photos.

DANVERS – Gail Joan (Eckhardt) Morin of Danvers, who was pre-deceased by the late Raymond G. Morin Jr., passed away peacefully Saturday, February 29, 2020, at the Kaplan Family Hospice House in Danvers after being able to spend time with each of her family members to share her love, a hug, and a goodbye.

Born in Saugus, she was the only child of the late Arthur Eckhardt and Emily Hiller Eckhardt. She was kind, caring, loving and inarguably held the title as her sons' greatest fan in sports and life. Gail put others needs ahead of her own and was a caregiver for her family and friends. She was incredibly proud of the accomplishments of her family and was happiest when surrounded by her children, grandchildren, and friends.

Gail is survived by her sons, Raymond Morin and his wife Kimberley of Hopkinton and Jeff Morin and his wife Kristen of Southborough, as well as her grandchildren, Aidan, Dylan and Ryan Morin of Hopkinton and Kyle, Kelley and Grace Morin of Southborough.

ARRANGEMENTS: A private memorial service is to be held at the Peterson-O'Donnell Funeral Home, 167 Maple St., Danvers. Burial will be at Oakdale Cemetery, Middleton. In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy may be made in Gail's memory to the Michael Carter Lisnow Respite Center, 112 W. Main St., Hopkinton, MA 01748. (Hopkintonrespite.com).

Condolence & Memory Journal

I am so sorry for your loss. I worked with Gail at Essex Park in the activities department, where she was very active in groups, she loved bingo and pokeno, and she loved entertainment....
I am so grateful I got to know her and work with her while she was with us. You will be missed Gail.
My thoughts and prayers are with all of you during this difficult time.
