Obituary

PEABODY-Mrs. Marilyn A. Jordan, 81, of Peabody, beloved wife of Frederick A. Jordan Sr, died Saturday, April 7, 2018 at the Kaplan Family Hospice House, surrounded by her loving family.

Born in Boston, she was the daughter of the late Joseph and Camille (Pepe) Celia. She was raised and educated in East Boston and was a graduate of East Boston Girls Latin High School.

A loving wife, mother and grandmother, being a homemaker and providing a warm and loving home for her family was a job Marilyn treasured. She enjoyed watching her children and grandchildren grow and loved being a part of their lives and was most proud of their milestones and accomplishments.

A longtime resident of Peabody, Marilyn was involved in the PTA and taught CCD at St.Adelaides Parish when her children were young. She was always a proud baker's daughter who enjoyed cooking, sewing, knitting and ceramics and which she loved to share with her family. She will be deeply missed by her loving family and many friends.
