SALEM- Mrs. Marjory M. (Perkins) Ziarkowski, 82, of Salem, beloved wife of the late Richard J. Ziarkowski, died Friday, May 27, 2016 surrounded by her loving family after a brief illness at Grosvenor Park Nursing Home in Salem.

Born in Peabody, she was the daughter of the late Howard E. and Winifred M. (Share) Perkins. She was raised and educated in Peabody and was a graduate of Peabody Veterans Memorial High School, Class of 1951.

Mrs. Ziarkowski had been employed with the General Electric Company at its River Works Plant in Lynn for over 42 years until the time of her retirement in 1998. She was a dedicated and trusted worker and was known for attention to detail.

She was a loving and caring wife, sister, aunt and friend who will be deeply missed.
Marjory is survived by her nephew, Richard Ciosek of Peabody, her niece Marylin Grenier of South Berwick, ME, her sister-in-law, Frances Ziarkowski of Salem, and her dear friend of many years, Betty Anderson of Danvers. She was the sister of the late Wilbur E. "Sonny" Perkins and best friend of the late Carol Hincman.

ARRANGEMENTS - Her Funeral Service will be held in The O'Donnell Funeral Home 46 Washington Sq. (At Salem Common) Salem on Wednesday, June 1st at 11 A.M. Relatives and friends invited. Visiting hours prior to the service from 9 to 10:30 A.M. Burial in Cedar Grove Cemetery, Peabody. In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy may be made in Marjory's memory to Care Dimensions, 75 Sylvan St. Suite B-102 Danvers, MA 01923 or the Second Congregational Church, 12 Maple St. Peabody, MA 01960.
