SALEM- Mrs. Theresa Mary Pezzulo 89, of Salem, beloved wife of the late Pasquale W. "Pat" Pezzulo, died Tuesday, November 8, 2016 at Peabody One Nursing Center in Peabody.

Born in Salem, she was the daughter of the late Stanislaus and Lucy (Focht) Dzierzanowski. She was raised and educated in Salem and attended Salem Public Schools.

Mrs. Pezzulo had been employed with G.T.E. Sylvania as an assembler for over 25 years until the time of her retirement in 1970.

A lifelong resident of the City of Salem, Theresa was an active communicant of the former St. Mary's Italian Church in Salem. She was a loving wife, mother, nana and great nana who will be deeply missed.

Theresa is survived by her daughter, Donna M. Yates and her husband Philip of Salem, her sons David Pezzulo of Salem and Mark Pezzulo and his wife Sandra of N.H., her 7 grandchildren, her four great grandchildren, her sisters Emma Deisley of Peabody and Marie Pasquarello of Salem, and several nieces, nephews, grand nieces and grand nephews. She was the mother of the late Pasquale Pezzulo Jr and sister of the late John Dzierzanowski.

ARRANGEMENTS: Her funeral will be held from The O'Donnell Funeral Home 46 Washington Sq., (At Salem Common) Salem, Monday, Nov. 14th at 9:15 A.M. followed by her funeral Mass in Ste. Anne's Church, Jefferson Ave., Salem at 10 A.M. Relatives and friends invited. Burial in St. Mary's Cemetery, Salem. Visiting hours Sunday, Nov. 13th from 2 to 5 P.M. In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy may be made in Theresa's memory to the North Shore Cancer Center, 102-104 Endicott St., Danvers, MA 01923.
